Telephone call to make appointment not good at all so I had to go to the surgery. Then no appointments available. Someone would phone me back that afternoon (something about embargo?) no one phoned me back!! Tried again Monday morning but still went to surgery and got appointment for Tuesday. Weird system??

Able to be directed to the person I needed to see for my treatment.

To allow more than one issue to be spoken about in an appointment. I was happy with 99%of staff ,which is positive ,so maybe team meeting could help with the 1% as I felt it would of been connected issues in my body.

I can always get an appt within a reasonable time frame to see Dr Cassar ie 7-10days, or if needing to see a nurse on the same day am always offered an appt. Dr Cassar is patient, understanding, considerate, always explains any concerns fully and how to use any medication prescribed.

It's not always easy to get an appointment on the day you need one but can get one within a reasonable time

The bell on the counter could be better, I know the staff are busy answering the phone but sometimes the bell doesn't work and they don't know your stood there

I've 2 * the last question as que for ages on phone to then give a phone call appointment, when ideally I needed looking at and checking over, to then me chasing call back up at 5.20pm funny enough they put phone down and i had my phone call,to call back up a couple of days to request a face to face appointment
